You can ask your friend for help, or any staff. As I see you in SS Anne at the moment, so when you finish the quest and back to Pokemon centre, and still need help. Quote this post or ask any staff in game for help. Thank you.

Alright I'm back at the pokemon center

Locked as not enough requirement for trade. Need 4 badge before can trade. So when you have enough, make new topic and staff will help trade evolution.
