I hope the higher rarity pokemon will have higher iv stats for example 0 - 31, for rare/extreme rare could at least increase the minimun iv 10 - 31 instead 0 - 31? Sometime you get the right iv but nature is just crappy, unless nature can be reset with npc and price. Its too time consuming to get extreme rare pokemon with great iv and nature along.Since rare/extreme required so much time, unless there is breed i wouldnt mind, but there isnt. For no-life trainer this definitely wont be a issue, for casual players like me who play 2hours per day wouldnt be easy.

Don't think they will be changed, its part of hunting.
