Hieveryone, i have a question:

Quagsire, according to bulbapedia (https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Quagsire) is immune to electric damage, but Magnezone (Jasmine, gym leader in Olivine City 1st pokemon) hit me with Zip Cannon (https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Zap_Cannon)

Shouldn't my Quagsire being immune? Why he hits me? It says "is not very effective" butstill make a lot of damage to me.

Hi,

Yes, Quagsire is immune to Elek damage, it's half Ground-type; therefore, are you sure that this Magnezone didn't hit you with [glow=grey]Flash Cannon[/glow] (Steel-type move), instead of [glow=yellow]Zap Cannon[/glow] (Elek-type move) ?

That would make sense, Water resists Steel, thus the "It's not very effective" message, and 80 base power + Magnezone stab and high SpAtk would explain the damage :)

Yeah you right....he attack quagsire with flash-cannon, then the others with zap cannon.... my fault!!!
