263280 If mean look works the way it should in this game, Zubat is fast and can get that move if I recall correctly. Definitely something to try in my opinion.

True, it works. You cannot use sync and mean look at the same time though.

You can also use a Sync with Taunt to prevent it from teleporting for 3 turns. That's another alternative.
