Is there a list out showing all the best natures for the pokemon? I searched for a good few hours for an abra to find out the nature was bad even though the IV's are good.

The best nature depends on how you want to build you pokemon. I recommend pokemondb.net/natures for a list of each nature's effect.

 

For Abra the best one is usually Timid or Modest :)
