i know it depends on luck but cmon.. how you expect to me to play with a quiet nature mew with 4x '5' iv ? we need a system .. if the trade thing looks stupid , then we should able to catch another one when we released. at least 3 chance for everyone..

Same applies for sync. If sync was 100% chance to work on legendaries it would just be op.
