Drag candy into your trash pokemon and then trade as normal item.

To elaborate on Windypuff's direction:

1) Find a pokemon that is not needed, use this pokemon as a 'trade poke'. Be sure to ask for the pokemon back after the trade as well.

2) Place 'trade poke' into your party

3) Go to your backpack and drag the item onto the trash poke (in the upper left corner)

4) Trade that pokemon to another player to deliver the item

5) Repeat for multiple items or use multiple 'trade pokes'
