That's the way out, that's not where Watson is; he's higher, the other path blocked by electricity; you'll want to find a remote hidden in some crates by it

Having to re-do this quest is so dumb. Feel for you man. Now I know never to go in here.

The whole quest was removed, im sure there was a staff member posting about it.

It needed rescripting because it had many issues.

 

It will come back better someday.
