I am a new player and I bought a mount for my girlfriend, hoping to trade it to her since it says tradable. Later I found out I can't trade until I have the rainbow badge and this defeats the purpose of me buying the mount in the first place. If possible, I would very much like a refund. The mount I would like to refund is a shiny glaceon mount.

I don't think staff have ever refunded in-game store items. You can sell it to another player or just keep it until you get the badge. Hope this helps.
