Hello, I'm really stupid and I forgot to remove my Everstone from Gible at lvl99, I was wondering if staff can do anything or if I just release it?

That would really be awesome.

Unfortunately there is nothing that staff can do to help you. In future I recommend that you evolve your Pokemon at level 96/97 to avoid scenarios like this. Though, you shouldn't release it; keep the Pokemon in your PC. You might be able to use it some day.
