I just got my shroomish and started grinding for evs and lvl 100 but i forgot to learn spore and i evolved it.

I documented and technician breloom without spore its useless now i got an useless pokemon in my rooster.

The game is 1.5 years old a previous evolution npc move learner would be awesome for player like me >.<.

There are nothing called "the previous evolution move relearner" in game. There already have previous case before, staff cannot do anything. So I moved this to suggestion for the future case.
