I'm about to enter Johto Safari zone looking for a Totodile and Chikorita. I would like to know the spawn rates of those 2 pokemon, because I'm hurting for money (only have 30k) and 5k per 20 minutes will hit my wallet pretty hard. If they are extremely rare, then I won't bother.
