maybe you should try switching between your poke, to reduce exp gained. you will get much lower exp if you do that

depend on luck, you can try repel trick, try search on forum

only staff and bosses have mega pokemon, its already implemented but not available for regular player

that already 1 job called pokemon trainer, its effect capture all pokemon and train them
