Fourst4r Posted September 11, 2016 Share Posted September 11, 2016 Idk why, but Parasect can't relearn Growth, Spore, or Giga Drain from any of the Move Relearners/Buffets in Kanto (Haven't checked in other regions but I doubt it makes a difference). The other two I'm not sure about. Try teaching your Parasect different moves until one pops up in the move relearner.
