sometimes smogon doesn't always right...like in glaceon its said its timid but glaceon is a deff and spdeff right??

Glaceon is modest or timid with speed investment on smogon because its choice set is built for NU or PU, therefore it needs to outspeed common walls of these tiers such as Misdreavus.

Personally, i'll run only 140 speed EV on your Golurk since it's already enough to outspeed Impish/Careful Skarmory with 31 speed IV and other uninvested base 70 and below such as Clefable or Tyranitar.

 

Max attack is obvious and the rest can be dumped into HP to increase its bulk.
