Hi all,

I want to catch shellder in the game, and I have check the pokedex in the game, which indicated that shellder will be in route 21 using rod.

 

However, when i check the unofficial spawn, it said surf is ok.

 

So I am wondering which is the right way for encounter shellder?

 

btw, I have fish it for 4 real time hrs using good rod... shall we use a super rod for shellder?

You can use the good rod/ the super rod for catching Shellder. Do not surf, just fish with super rod/good to find it, it might be very rare, but super rod should get the job done.
