I've already defeated the Hoenn e4, and I've already done the quest to unlock the teleports in Hoenn. I was training my pokemon and casually I entered Mauville Gym, but when I try to activate one of the switches in the gym, it says that they are already deactivated, but the electric barriers are still present. While users with the symbols +, % and @ are the chat staff, they are not necessarily also game staff, but they can usually advise you. That said, forums are better for reporting issues and bugs.
