you have megas on your dex because u fought someone that used mega gengar like the 1st member of one of the e4 and integer boss, atm they are treated like they were diferent pokes, thats why they are so far down in the pokedex

No, megastones aren't available atm. Mega pokemon can only be used by NPC and staff

Hi there, it is the minor bug, sometimes when you click into pokedex it will shows mega pokemon or custom pokemon. Mega pokemon is not available for players yet, no estimate time. Keep the look in there for update information: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=4563
