After a sort of "lag spike" and selling RC. I logged back on and tried putting back my original party of six pokemon into my current slots. My first slot is always visible while the rest are not. I'm able to place and take pokemon out however everything besides the first slot is invisible.

 

Don't know why it would help but I re logged several times and that didn't help.
