Hi GM, I cannot access to Trainer Velly, no more. 276 pokes and 64 evolved pokes, defeated Red 3 weeks ago (and after 3 weeks no respown yet). I think it's a bug.

Hello. Red will not appear again. It doesn't matter that you beat him or not. Because you have one chance for aganist him. Also you need +120 Kanto caught via +40 evolve data. Did you get these requirements? If you have them, go to Saffron City Station and select Trainers Valley instead Goldenrod.

Yes requirement done. I went to Trainer valley 3 times, the first time i went there was after beat Red. My problem is I can't go there again. The NPC dont show me the option to travel to Trainer Valley again.

After defeating red > it is not possible for me to choose trainer valley at thestation in safron (only goldenrod)

In the past, you used to have to rebatte red again for instances like these.

The 120 pokemon needed have to be numbered 1-150, Red only needs to be battled, win or lose Trainer Valley unlocks, but it's the NPC next to the train that should give you the option, not the first NPC by the gate
