I wonder if that is how to evolve it to weaville yet.

Unfortunately , Staffs cannot do anything about this , i'm so sorry , however keep in mind PRO is still Under a LIVE BETA , which means crash and bugs and glitchs can happend anywhere and anytime , i'm sorry for your sneasel.

You can not evolve sneasel if he as level 100 now , i'm sorry again. i tought you know that he dosen't evolve at level 100, tried to tell you that there no way to evolve it now.

He did say that the staff can't do anything about this issue. I'm sorry for your Sneasel if you can't evolve it. I can only recommend, in the future, that you evolve your pokémon a level or 2 before level 100 to make sure if something goes wrong, you have another chance. Again, I apologise for your Sneasel, good luck if you try and make another Weavile.
