Today when I went from the Nugget Bridge to the following map (from cerulean city to route 24) I found myself in a place called Prof. Antibans Classrom where I can't move and I'm blocked. I tried with a logout but I found myself in the same place.

 

I don't know what to do, sorry for my english and thank you very much.

this sounds like the new anti botting feature mentioned in the update log

You just have to answer the prof questions to get out of there. Make sure you have read the textbooks on the tables so you won't answer wrong

Well It's my second day here and you can see what I've done so far... No bot needed for a Budew (18), a Charmeleon (20), a Zubat (17) and a Gyarados (20) and 9506 $ in 4.18 h of playtime.

If you are stuck, try to restart completely the client by closing it or use the /ref command in the chat to refresh the game.

 

If after that the issue isn't solved, contact a staff member to help you out

Yes, I've already tried. But how can I contact a staff member?

 

Ask for them in the help chat channel. Or wait here, they will eventually see your topic and help you out. They might be a bit buzy atm due to the recent update
