Add a simple <NYI> tag to the description of moves that are not yet implemented.

Yes, we can get a list of all said moves on the forum but I'm sure I am not the only one who has replaced a move on a Pokémon only to find out it is non-functional and have to pay to change that slot out again. I think it's important to remember that the vast majority of PRO's playerbase are either very young or very casual players who aren't likely to go seeking out this kind of information.

For a small quality of life change and especially for the sake of new players I believe there should be a small in-game notice in place where a move is not implemented.

Seeing as we already have a list of moves waiting for implementation, changing each of their descriptions to start with <NYI> or something similar shouldn't be too difficult of a task, should it? It beats both disabling them while they are worked on and leaving them in a non-functional state with no warning to the player. It is a small change that would have a very beneficial impact on the game in it's current state.

Additionally, having an NPC on the introduction route to inform players who may not get it at a glance of what the <NYI> tag means would be good too.
