It's Summer event(Vulcanic Event) with Karpmanssssssss

You can go to event place from Vermilion/Olivine/Lilycove City Dock

 

(Requirement: under investigation

But finally you need to defeat 2 bosses for the Wailmer Mount so you better have at least 4 100lv pokemon for it.)

往下走, 在水艦成員手上取得關鍵道具

5. Put the Mythical Core from Put the Sacred Stone @ Mt. Summer Chamber R2

把道具放在聖石上

6. Report to Aqua Grunt your work @ Mt. Summer Exterior

跟水艦成員匯報你的進度

7. Find Aqua Leader to get Summer Cloth @ Kalijodo Cave B2F

找水艦隊隊長 可獲得夏季服裝

4. Talk to Magma Grunt and find all gems in the Cave @ Kalijodo Lake

與火岩成員對話, 並從洞中找出8顆寶石

5. Give your gems to Magma Grunt @ Kalijodo Lake

把寶石交給火岩成員

6. Find Magma Leader to get Summer Cloth @ Mt. Summer Summit

Report to Ahok to get Shellos Hat @ Vulcanic Town House1

向Ahok匯報就可獲得無殼海牛帽子

 

Now~ you can Challenge 2 bosses:

Both bosses’ common weakness are Ground/Water Type

Suggest to use High SPDEF Pokemon with Earthquake+Waterfall+Dragon Dance for it

E.g. Dragonite, Gyarados

 

After defeat both of them, you will get Wailmer Mount

And you can now find the Challenger Rick to complete his mission for more rewards.
