Map problem

Among the museum in charge kanto when my character map appeared on one side of the map in the black area and not move . Restart the game and the same. Help Is a bug? :confused: :Question:

 

Entre al museo de kanto y cuando cargo el mapa mi personaje aparecio a un lado del mapa en la parte negra no tiene movimiento. Sera un bug? que hago?

If you have an escape rope, you can try to use that to solve the issue immediately.

 

I'm sure a staff member wouldn't mind moving you back to your most recently used Pokemon Center if that was okay with you.
