Can't create character

<t>What do you mean? Don't click the same gender button when you're creating a character. Say, you start out default as a male, don't click the male gender button, just customize and don't spam it. I had that problem. May or may not be yours.</t>

Not sure if this may be due to the servers being very busy, but each time I start the game it sends me to character creation as expected. The first two times I got there and was unable to change anything at all, pressing done also did nothing. The third time I managed to change my hairstyle, decided to check the gender differences, same thing happened unable to change anything nor proceed anyway.

 

Any help would be great

When you are trying to change gender it becomes stuck, I think it is because the gender is already selected and something happens in the codes which causes it to freeze.

The only additional thing that I can suggest is to just keep trying to log in after the customization stops responding. Sometimes it works; sometimes it doesn't.<br/>
