will deoxis be caught?

because the pokemon with basic stats of 600 or less will be caught, and deoxis have a basic stats of 600 in PRO.

for example:

i have read about the latios or latias, it will be 1 of them to catch, because both of thems have a stats basic of 600

no not all pokemon with base stats of 600 mean they aint broken the most known 2 broken pokemon of the 600 are darkai & deoxys so having thos 2 ingame will broke the metagame in pvp unless they let the mega stones out
