lvl 46 gloom

lvl 53 blastoise

lvl 45 gravler

lvl 42 psyduck

lvl 40 dewgong

lvl 35 ninetails.

and can somebody explain the IV and EV things

Try getting a dark type pokemon or teaching your pokes good dark or bug types attack.

Ev training: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=89&t=2550

Iv's: They are value between 1 and 31 that the bigger they are, the better the stat of the pokemon will be. They won't change.

Adding some more info related to the post above, you can train Snorlax or Gyarados, which are Pokemon who will resist a lot of attacks and they learn Crunch.

You could also try to get a pokemon that can learn Light Screen, which reduce all special attack damage. And equip that pokemon with light clay so it lasts even longer. Or pokemon with priority moves like sucker punch.
