Completely delete the game for structure of a clean install. After this; Click the Start menu and select "Run". You can also press Win+R in any version. Type regedit into the Run box and press Enter. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE/PROTeam folder and delete it. Re-install the game and log in as the administrator. Reduce the graphics settings of the game. If is continue, turn off the firewall.
