Hi! Nosepass cant evolve in power plant, I evolved 2 levels and nothing! Yellow Server! Other evolutions that doesnt work: Female burmys,woobat,nincada(not sure).

I did evolve Nosepass myself, so it is possible; however, it has to be lvl up in Hoenn's "Power Plant", aka New Mauville ;)

 

Burmy.. I barely even know what this poké looks like, so I can't help you there

 

I saw Woobat's evolution in a channel once, not that long ago -maybe a week-, so it should be evolvable (also I don't know how yet as I didn't try myself, I'm too lazy to do it as long as there is no legendary's requirement to force me to do so xD)

 

And for Nincada :

- In order to get Ninjask, you need to evolve it when your team is full

- For Shedinja, you need to evolve it with one spot left in your team

 

However, in order to get both of them, you will need 2 Nincada, yep

Woobat evolve via level up while having high happiness.

Not sure in Yellow, but I know it works in Red, I have a Swoobat.

 

Male Burmy can't evolve either at the moment.
