Starlight Posted September 30, 2016 Share Posted September 30, 2016 Those suits were in-game, but when I asked a staff, he said they got removed for some reason. Apparently they were available in Hoenn's clothing shop in Slateport market. The shop is a regular stall with a clown npc, iirc. There was no warning/note for why they are removed.
