Okay, well, probably in a clothes shop then, maybe just in Hoenn as it went out with the Hoenn update, but I don't know if there is one in Hoenn; also, there are one in Lavender Town (Kanto) and one in Goldenrod City (Johto), so you may want to start looking there; it's the purple-yellow tents-like buildings I haven't seen it myself so bear in mind that it's just my best guess; so please keep us informed here :3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Apparently they were available in Hoenn's clothing shop in Slateport market. The shop is a regular stall with a clown npc, iirc. There was no warning/note for why they are removed.
