Lum Berry - Not activating after status effect has made an impact

So there is this bug where you for example get poisoned and then you will take poison damage and THEN lum berry will activate and remove the effect. Of course it should remove the effect immediately. It's a pretty old bug i think and i thought it was posted somewhere already.
