Greetings, I would like to request a refund of my membership.

The reason of my request is that 2 days after my membership purchase new client patch came up and since then i am unable to play the game because the client causes my pc to crash I have tried all the solutions on the forum.

Excuse me for starting the topic here but i can not find any support e-mail on your website.

@shane Thank you I do appreciate this , I'm looking forward to client patch so I get into game again and buy my membership back :).

The client opens and freezes after some time bsod's showing up , when i've tried to set resolution to 800x600 using old client , the new client didn't freeze at first but the letters in top right and bottom right corner were pink and it freezed just after i clicked the log in button. I am sorry for late response studies.
