What is it and how would I get there?

The saffari has 2 parts:

*The normal section, that you have to pay 5k to enter and you have 20 minutes to find and capture pokemons (also to get HM Surf)

 

*The Effort Wald section :In this section you can train easier the EV's of a pokemon. Also you can found some pokes that only appear there, or get some items.

Yes but I don't get the option to enter the Effort Wald area.

Yes but I don't get the option to enter the Effort Wald area.

 

You have to either have 8 badges or become the Champion in Kanto. Sorry, but I can't remember which one it is exactly.

To become champion you have to have the 8 badges, and I remember I went once without being a champ, so i think it's the first 1 :Grin:
