i suggest to add check box in the pokedex similar to the check box in the pc system to classified the pokemons by regions. for example:

1 check box to kanto pokemon (pokemons 1-151)

1 check box to johto pokemon (pokemons 152-250)

1 check box to hoenn pokemon (pokemons 251-386)

and the others regions

or modify the pokedex system, for example when we begin the prof oak give us the kanto pokedex, only appears the dates of kanto pokemon, and when we go to johto the prof elm give us the johto pokedex that would be an update from kanto pokedex and we can have the information of kanto and johto pokemons (1-250), and when we go to hoenn the prof abedul add other update to can have thhe pokemon hoenn information (1-386)...
