Which HA Charizard is better/Is this HA Bulbasaur good enough for sun team?

Two questions:

1.) Which Solar Power Charizard is better for a sun team? One has slightly better speed, the other has better defensive IVs. That 08 and 02 in the DEF and HP IVs are really ugly, but does it really matter? Is that extra 3 IV speed worth it?

2.) Is this Bulbasaur good enough for a Sun team? I've caught a ridiculous amount of Bulbasaurs, and this is the best Chlorohpyll one i've found. Should I keep looking or just go with this one? Not right nature, but good SPD and SPATK IVs.

3.) Also, how much are both of these Solar Power Charizards worth in trade value?

1. the second one is better

2. get rid of this bulba, its trash, you dont want to play with this in pvp
