Hi there. This is because only Pokemon up to #260 in the national Pokedex have their movesets updated up to Generation 6. Pokemon past that are on their Generation 5 movesets, for the most part. You can check here for a list of Pokemon according to their national Pokedex numbers.

 

Unfortunately we can't give you an ETA on when further movesets will be updated, but please keep an eye on our Update Logs - that's where you'll find news on recently-updated movesets and the like. Thank you for your patience in the meantime!

Again, there isn't an ETA for when more movesets will be updated. That means they could be coded into the game even before December, or they might be coded in sometime after that. However, do know that things are always being worked on, as PRO is a constant work-in-progress. The goal is to update and add all moves eventually - there just isn't a precise timeframe on when this will be completed, since it's not a small project by any means. Hope that makes sense. :)
