I would like to report a bug , i have faced red 1 month ago on mt.silver and i have lost.I waited 2 weeks(normal cooldown) however he did not respawn, today since i faced him is more than a month...Is this a bug or it is a part of the game ? (I do know know if i write on the right topic so feel free to delete it ) Server Blue , In Game name : Hatzo

Hi,

This is not a bug, you can go to Trainers Valley (as long as you meet the other requirements) whether you defeated Red or not; he never respawns

As MecanoJilano said this is not a bug, Red will never respawn after you fought with him

and you don't need to win to access the trainer valley.

Make sure you completed all the requirement before go to the Trainer Valley.
