Also, if you notice any server lag, you should be extremely careful with releasing Pokemon to avoid getting into similar situations. In addition, I would like to add that always confirm your choice when you dragged the Pokemon to the trash icon. This kind mistake can be prevented if you are following the correct precautions. DO NOT contact staff members for private support. Please share the question on the FORUM due to being of use to others. Who PMed me will get a Free Pokeball and lose 99k.
