you can already evolve happiny via oval stone noontime

You need to have a Happiny held with Oval Stone and 255happiness. Then, battle with Pokemon after 10am.

As long as you have the item Oval Stone equipped, it is able to be evolved now in game.

but make sure lvl it up with max happiness around noon~

WOW TY, I thougt that could not envolve because the item has not any description, so experlt belt too is working? xd
