Is this move allowed in pvp? I want to use it on my Goodra, but since the attack can reduce accuracy, I wasn't exactly sure if I was allowed to use it. Can someone clarify?

And short anwer: no, muddy water is not allowed in ranked pvp. Any accuracy lowering/evasion increasing move is banneable
