Sometime i can't log in after log out,

and i need to wait until server reboot/restart/crash.

Can i get another way to log in again without having to wait server crash ?

Sorry. Currently there is no other way to log in. It's weird you have been affected multiple times since it's a rare occurrence. You will have to wait until they solve the issue for everyone unfortunately.
