Hai staff and member pro,, please someone can help me ? i got disconnect while catching baby xd0001 and when i relogin baby already disappear,, i try battle horon but only 2 option (reenter dark realm and catch his stead) i try battle nicola but he say useless so how can i do to catch baby lugia ? thank you sorry for my bad english

Hai Everyone, i'm vidteng from red server, i'm old player who active play this game since Nopember 2015, but i'm rarely play since June 2017 because i see many staff left. And today i just think wanna play again, because i see many good thing and already have sinnoh. But i can't login with my userid (forgot my password) and when i try to forgot password "The requested Username and Email does not exist" any other way to login to my id ?
