Like umbreon and espeon are pokemon natives from the johto region, i suggest to can them catchable in the zafari johto

Not a good idea. If every Pokemon that was native to a region was catchable in the safari zone then there'd be no challenge. Plus, it's likely a lot easier to give an Eevee a sooth bell and quickly level up its happiness.

Yes, but the persons who want to pay 5k to prove luck in the zafari with a pokemon that could appear with ms active and pay 5k to search by a pokemon extremely rare could make it.

And espeon is available in the kanto safari with ms, i dont see reason to dont put both of them in johto safari
