Close the game. Open the pro.exe and login again.

There is an item called Escape Rope. Use this stuff in your bag. This item in your bag if you have it.

Enter the battle with a player via command "/battle nick" if the above doesn't help. You have to lose the fight. After the battle, you will be automatically redirected to the pokecenter.

 

These are general solutions. However, if you don't get any solution wait for a staff in the game. Surely they will help you.
