I was releasing 20 tentacools then I misclicked and released one of my favorite pokemons, Swellow.

I instantly took the screenshot so that I could save its ID.

Is there any way to retrieve my lost Swellow?

Please help me. I know this is entirely my fault and my dumb mistake, but if staffs or anyone had this sort of experience before,

please help me out.
