Go back to the first town where you started and talk to Jackson's mum in Jackson's house then go back to the place you battled him. His mum will tell him off and he will disappear back home with his mum and p!ssed off at you for telling his mum on Jackson. Now you continue further.

 

A little hint too, you will bump into Ash in the forest, as soon as you go in the forest turn left and you will find him in the grass with his Pikachu, train your Pokemon before VSing Ash or you will lose to him just like you lost to Jackson.
