This would be a massive help. However, I believe the "going to PC to release Pokemon" might be there as a money sink. I don't know if the staff would like removing that sink. May be if releasing a Pokemon outside of PCs costed a certain amount, like $10-50 or more, it could be a decent replacement as a sink.
