As far as I know, there is no exact time to wait; server reboots will happen when they happen. That plus the developer of that website no longer plays PRO so updates to the website are highly unlikely.

All you can do is wait really, the server reboots are kind of random.

The reboots aren't planned typically as most of the reboots are crashes.
